All services require a $500 Registration Fee.

Late Invoices are subject to late fees.

Minimum Invoice is $25 (regardless if claims submitted in a given month total less).

Our apologies for any inconvenience, however, we are unable to accept credit cards at this time (coming soon).  Please make your check payable to Chili Medical Billing Services.  Returned (bounced) checks are subject to a $25 charge for each occurrence.
